Rhema Padilla Ono admits that she is the 'culprit' behind Rustom Padilla's new name, Bebe Gandanghari. Rhema is the younger sister of Rustom and we think, is his number one fan!
"May na notice na akong kakaiba sa kanya ever since. Ako ang nag suggest sa bago niyang pangalan. Bebe comes from Binibini at maganda yung tunog ng Gandanghari. May female at male element doon. Sabi ko sa kanya, he can do whatever he wants basta hindi siya nakakatapak ng iba." Rhema explained during her interview with Len Llanes.
In her tone, we can see that Bebe is not yet accepted by most members of his family. Maybe because he is the oldest. In the first place, the situation worsen when Rustom was married to Carmina Villaroel, and doing it just to hide his true sexuality during his closet days. but Rhema added one more thing,
"Eventually, everything will fall into it's proper place. Perhaps, konting panahon pa."
