For the Valentines Day alone (February 14, 2009), Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion's second movie team up got a whopping,
25 million pesos gross nationwide!
The biggest in the history of any Richard Valentines movie!
Even though a lot of pirated DVD's and free internet streaming are spreading accross the internet, Pinoy couples chose to watch the blockbuster movie in cinemas! Why not? Cinema is one of the most romantic place on Earth, next to Luneta for the Philippines! Lol!
Meanwhile, a lot of Richard and KC fans are not satisfied with the first two movies. A lot of requests are made by the Kapamuso and KC-Richard fans club to the heads of GMA Films and Star Cinema for another movie contract deal for the two. Again, why not?? And besides, a lot of people love seeing the two rival networks in a deal like this.
Anyway, next week will be the expected release of the much anticipated weekly gross result for the movie, When I Met U. Let's see if KC and Richard managed to make it to the prestigious box office list based on gross.
