Celebrity couple Raymart Santiago and Claudine Barretto finally gave their reactions on the "failed kidnapping" of their adopted daughter, Sabina. During their interview with Ces Orena-Drilon, Claudine and Raymart can't hide the fear as they detailed the story behind the failed crime. The incident started March 3, 2009, when a mysterious girl called the yaya of Sabina and asked her to go to a certain place to pick up a package.
The couple believes that the suspect, Joanna Castro has different plans in contrast to her police statement that she is only an avid fan of the actress.
Raymart answered, Claudine nodded. The couple also detailed the steps they made to block the kidnapping attempt, they reported the incident to the National Bureau of Investigations. Raymart explained.
Claudine also stated her sadness on the suspect's defense that she is only a fan who likes to become close to the actress. May mga kasabwat pa." According to Claudine, the recent incident is the worst memory for her as a mother. [and she continued crying]."
They also expressed their disappointment on the case filed by the police. The PNP only filed Unjust vexation against Castro because she failed to touch Sabina. Raymart emphasized.
