Pops Fernandez sat down in front of Boy Abunda for an exclusive interview for Showbiz News Ngayon. Pops revealed on the second part of Boy Abunda's interview a shocking and intriguing truth, that she is still clueless on the reason/s behind the sudden breakup.
It has been reported that its Jomari Yllana who initiated the breakup. Boy Abunda asked Pops if there is a third party involved, "Wala." she answered with softness on her voice. "How sure are you?" follow up question of Boy Abunda,
"Coz I think, I know Jom." Pops answered. There are also some speculations that Pops and Jomari's relationship reached the boredom stage, that could have caused the split, "Hindi naman siguro. I'll be honest with you, uhm, we still text and we still talk, as we talk." she added, "Parang sinasabi ko na sana, I don't know if its possible pero if you break up, it is just possible na you just try to heal first and move on, and then really just continue to be friends. Parang ang nangyayari kasi, there has to be a major reason and I would hear so many, mga speculations nga which is not fair for either Jom or I. Dahil ang alam ko for the fact na, we both did our jobs very very well."
If there is a break up, there must be a reason given. But Pops revealed that she is also clueless on what could have caused it, "Sana there's a, maybe siguro one day, we will both sit down and talk about it and understand exactly what happened. Because ako rin minsan, And I'm still going through that. There are differences, but ano nga ba talaga? Because, there is this 'sayang'."
