Hollywood - Another movie will surely excite the superhero/action fans out there as Hollywood reporter published a report that a graphic novel entitled "2 Guns" will be adapted into a flick soon. The guys behind the cable series "Brotherhood", will create the movie adaptation.
According to Hollywood Reporter website, the book was written by Steven Grant with art by Mat Santolouco. The story of "2 Guns" follows a DEA agent and an undercover naval intelligence officer who are unwittingly investigating each other and who steal mob money for the good guys. They realize later that the mob actually got them to swipe $50 million from the CIA.
Interesting story, and an expected hardcore action flick. The website added that the project aims to be a throwback to classic '80s buddy cop movies in the vein of "Lethal Weapon" and "48 HRS.," but with a modern spin.
