New York - E Online reported that Octomom Nadya Suleman filed two applications in United States Patent and Trademark office to give her the sole rights to use the word 'Octomom'. The site added that she will use the name in her upcoming television project, Octomom-branded disposable diapers and children's wear, including dresses, pants, shirts and textile diapers.

Last March 2009 when the company Super Happy Fun Fun Inc. also filed an application to trademark the nickname "Octomom" for use on toys, computer games and action figures.

Meanwhile, People.com reported that Nadya Suleman will sign a television deal soon to feature her, and her family of 14 in a reality television show.
