Canada - Twilight saga: New Moon cast member Alex Meraz defends co-star Robert Pattinson on rumors that Edward Cullen doesn't shower and smells. Smiling in front of Entertainment Online's camera, Alex describes Rob's smell, "He smells like roses! I don't know what people, I don't know where did they get that from" says Meraz playing as bad guy in the flick version of Stephenie Meyer's book. "When I first met him, I was like - 'dude, you smell fantastic'" he added. The martial artists also mentions Rob Pattinson's reaction after he said those compliments, "He blushed, he did this hair thing [hand combed], yeah, he's okay with it."

Alex Meraz also talks about his expectations on November 2009 showing of Twilight movie sequel, "Its gonna be exciting. November 20th, there's a lot of new things happening. The werewolves and bad boys, I'm the bad boy of the wolves." says Meraz in his Access Hollywood interview.
