In related news, CBS news is reporting that Stephen Izzo Jr., who claims he was assaulted by Ronnie Ortiz-Magro during an episode of MTV's "Jersey Shore," is asking a judge to stop the distribution of the season one DVD set. The report added that the attorney of the alleged victim, says Ortiz-Magro should not profit from his criminal conduct.
