Bret Michaels could've sworn that was a gunshot fired at the back of his head. Frankly, that would have been a lot worse.
The Poison frontman has recently been discharged from the Barrow Neurological Institute, but can still recall the painful ordeal, especially in the early stages.
Michaels, 47, described the experience as some kind of 'gunshot,' when the rockstar first suffered a brain hemorrhage last month.
The first thing that entered the rocker's thoughts was that a burglar had fired a shot at him in the back of his head, and made his mind go almost blank. Michaels also explains how his neck had tensed up, lost part of his vision, and his speech slurred during those moments of intense pain.
Michaels also remembered asking a doctor if he was going to die, and made it clear as well that he didn't want his two daughters to witness him in such a state.
The rockstar also announced last week his intentions of marrying the mother of his two dauthers, Kristi Gibson, his girlfriend of more than a decade.
I tip my hat off to you, Brett!
