Charlie Sheen has thrown in the towel for a right to his daughters custody.

According to sources who informed E! News, the 'Two And A Half Men' star, has abandoned his legal custody of Sam and Lola, his daughters with ex-wife actress, Denise Richards.

Previously, both Sheen and Richards shared joint custody of the kids, before reports surfaced that the actor had already given way for the actress to assume sole custody a month ago.

Insiders inform E! News that Richards "was just too nervous leaving the kids with Charlie of letting them go to his house." They add that the actress would take matters to court if the actor had contested over the custody.

As of this writing, Sheen and current wife, Brook Mueller are undergoing treatment for abuse of drugs. If you recall, It was on Christmas eve of last year that the actor was taken in by authorities for allegedly assaulting Mueller with a knife and hurling threats.

Right now, the couple have stated that they are in joint efforts to make their marriage work, after Sheen pleaded innocent to the charges. The actor has twin toddler sons with Mueller.

Better sober up Charlie boy, before you decide on being a daddy again.
