KC Concepcion (born April 7, 1985), is a Filipina actress and commercial model.

She is the only daughter of Gabby Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta, and had been legally adopted by Senator Kiko Pangilinan. Her sisters are Simone Francesca Emmanuelle and Mariel Daniella Sophia, the children of Kiko and Sharon.^[1]

In 2003, she studied International Corporate Communications with a minor in Theatre Arts at the American University of Paris, and graduated in 2007.
