According the article of Abu Tilamzik, He (Tilamzik) presented to Jennylyn a copy of the tabloid who published the picture of her son. Jen requested ten copies of the said tabloid for evidence.
Jennylyn Mercado already warned the photographers who gate crashed the baptism of her Baby Alex Jazz (read article). Jen will most likely to file a case against the tabloid and all other media who will try to publish the said pictures.
I have a question, what if Sassyqarla also published the said pictures? How will she sue us? Hehe...
Anyway, Jen is also disappointed with The Buzz. The talk show made a story about the baptism even though Jennylyn already asked the program not to. The said program didn't even entered the chapel! Jen will still consult her lawyer for possible cases against The Buzz.
