According to the article of Cristy Fermin in her column, her source called her saying that it's not right to point out Angel Locsin as the reason for the said flop of Love Me Again of Star Cinema. Her source even pointed out one example that Angel is not the one to be blamed.
"Bakit hindi rin naman masyadong malakas ang movie noon nina Piolo at Regine Velasquez a? Bakit si Angel ang sinisisi nila ngayon, siya ba ang dahilan kung bakit hindi kumita nang husto yung movie nila ni Piolo?" said Cristy's source.
Anyway, the said movie didn't perform that well in the box office as of this day. Some of the reasons being pointed out are the irritating trailer and the wrong promotional style of the movie.
Some rumors are also spreading that Angel's sudden "health" issue and the "flop" issue are connected. OMG!
