Quezon City, Philippines - Biological mother, and manager of Richard Gutierrez, Annabelle Rama is now planning to file a case against PEP.PH, an entertainment website owned by "Yes! Magazine" after releasing a fake report saying that Richard Gutierrez was spotted with a gun [or Michael Flores, skimpy report] in a ramble with another actor, Michael Flores. The article of PEP entitled "Richard Gutierrez reportedly involved in a heated squabble with Michael Flores", was removed by the entertainment site after some hours. Some of the "copy-blogs" who made a re-post are also included in the case if they qualify says our source.

In his exclusive interview with TV Patrol aired a while ago, Flores denies the issue. "May inaalagaan siyang [Richard Gutierrez] ano, reputasyon tapos biglang sisirain ng mga kung sinu-sino lang diyan. Tapos ako pa gagamitin na parang kontrabida? My goodness! Pasensya na lang dun sa mga naninira. Wala talaga kayong makukuha, sorry." says Flores. Director of Richard Gutierrez in Zorro, Mark Reyes also supported Michael Flores' statement, "Too many people there, Gary V. was there, Angeli [wife of Gary V.] was there, if there is something that happened, Gary V. will be the first one to stop. But, andaming makaka-pruweba na walang nangyari talaga." says Reyes.

Annabelle Rama is set to give her reaction soon, while the head of PEP and Yes Magazine Jo-Ann Maglipon will also release an Official Statement regarding the issue tomorrow.
