Quezon City, Philippines - Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2 first runner up Bugoy Drilon sat down for an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN.COM. After the success of his single "Paano na Kaya", Drilon talks about the changes on his life after winning the reality show. “Siguro po suwerte, pero nasa tao rin naman kasi po yung suwerte eh, kung maniniwala ka dun, oo.” he added, “Siyempre nakakatuwa kasi hindi ko inaakala na yung mga kababayan ko nakikila ako, isang malaking suweryte na yun para sa akin.” says Bugoy.
Bugoy became the crowds favorite because of his 'masa' appeal and the down to Earth acts inside the academy. The singer also shared his thoughts on the success of his single, “Siyempre happy kasi di ba bihira lang sa isang artist mabigyan ng album, magkaroon ng music video, kaya isang karangalan na rinsa akin ang ganun.”
The next season of Pinoy Dream Academy is just around the corner, Bugoy clarified that he's not threatened by newcomers of the hit singing contest. “Hindi naman po ako natatakot na matabunan, kasi kung hanggang dun na lang ako hanggang dun na lang ako pero I give my best pa rin.” he said.
