Quezon City, Philippines - It was reported by Chika Minute a while ago that Dingdong Dantes is set to do an Independent Hollywood Film! A producer from USA eyed Dingdong as one of the casts for his next movie production. A known Hollywood star is one of the co-stars of Dingdong for the said US flick.
For sure a lot you are thinking, or saying that "Its ONLY an Indie flick, who cares." But take note, The Reader, An Oscars award winner for 2009 is also an Indie Hollywood Film, so Dingdong Dantes in an Indie H film is not a bad idea at all!
According to Dingdong, he is looking forward on doing the big project set for him in the big H, but he insisted that his focus for now is his current series on GMA, Ang Babaeng Hinugot sa Aking Tadyang. Chika Minute also reported that a lot of speculations says that Dingdong Dantes is eyeing for a political seat in the upcoming 2010 National and Local Elections. Dingdong confirmed that a lot of Political "machinery" are talking to him and asking him to join their ticket, but Dingdong insisted that it's impossible for him to join the political arena anytime soon. In connection with the report, his co-actor and Kapuso star Alfred Vargas has been very vocal in joining the Political league. Vargas even admitted his political plans during his live interview in Showbiz Central last month.
After notching the E! Entertainment's list of sexiest man in the world, Dingdong Dantes' name in Hollywood, California floated and fluorished. Its not surprising if one day, he will top bill a big Hollywood movie production. Superman anyone? Why not!
