Quezon City, Philippines - Thank goodness the rift was already settled. But still, a lot of 'aftershocks' can be felt in all media portals [radio, t.v., newspaper and internet]. Still, fans are not yet over with the debate on whether or not Pacquiao did something wrong.

Pacquiao recently called for a press conference thru his Lawyer to clear his name and to defend his side regarding the past controversy involving him and ABS-CBN in connection with the Television Rights of his fights in the ring. If you are going to analyze Pacquiao's message, you can feel that he's greatly affected with the controversy.

But if Pacquiao is affected with the 'rift', so do the the fans of the two giant networks, ABS-CBN and GMA Network. Debates can be sighted everywhere. From radio stations, television, and even websites like us who opens comment forms in our articles. Most fans are very vocal, and voicing out what they think is right. Sometimes, we just want to close the comment form if the article is about Pacquiao because P.I [Dirty words of Filipinos], and degrading messages are scattered in the comments.

Pacquiao, and even ABS-CBN's big boss already asked the public to understand what happened, and to still continue the support for the People's Champ. We hope the issue will be 'diluted' soon, because the controversy created another 'big gap' between the fans of the two stations, and we mean, a very big gap. Let's just support Pacquiao and wish him a big luck on his fight with Ricky Hatton, rather than blaming him for his 'unwanted' actions. Remember, Pacquiao is still human, who commit mistakes.
