Boracay, Aklan - The robbery case against model-actor Andrew Wolfe and friend Jay Olle was dropped after the victim withdrew his complaint says GMANews.tv.
Wolfe and Olle were arrested by the Boracay police after the duo allegedly harassed Rodolfo Norbi, who was then on duty at D’Mall, by tying his hands and taking the guard’s .38 caliber revolver. Police Officer 1 Aaron Gaton told GMANews.TV that the complainant, mall security guard Rodolfo Norbi, and the accused, Wolfe and Olle, have amicably settled the case in the presence of the Aklan provincial prosecutor.
"The suspects were supposed to be charged with robbery, the reason why we brought them to the prosecutors’ office for the filing of charges. But since the affidavit of desistance have already been filed, then Wolfe and Olle would be released from detention," says Gaton.
