California - Biblically correct Miss California 2009 Carrie Prejean's breasts are fake? Well, Access Hollywood reported that Shanna Moakler, co-director of of the Miss California organization, confirmed that they paid for the breast implants of Prejean, weeks before she competed in Miss USA 2009.
In the interview with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush, Moakler revealed the boo boo transformation of Prejean's wonderful bumps.
"Did you guys pay for it?" Billy asked Shanna directly. "Yes" Shanna said. "We did." Shanna added. The organization paid for Carrie’s breast enhancement prior to her competing in the Miss USA pageant, which was held in Las Vegas, almost two weeks ago.
"Breast implants in pageants is not a rarity. It’s definitely not taboo. It’s very common. Breast implants today among young women today is very common. I don’t personally have them, but you know — they are," she added.
