According to USA Today's report, Idol's Season 4 winner Carrie Underwood will perform this year's goodbye song, her cover of Mötley Crüe's Home Sweet Home on the Tuesday show. Wow, that's great! USA Today also revealed some infos about the much awaited back to back finale of the Season 8 with the final two, Adam Lambert and Kris Allen.
For the Tuesday finale episode, it'll be one hour show (so Fox can get in the premiere of Glee), and for the super Wednesday, it'll be a two hour show.
