California - Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire and and his wife Jennifer Meyer welcomed their second child Friday, and its a boy!

"I can confirm the Maguires had a baby boy today, and the family is healthy and happy," says rep of the Maguires, according to People. The name of the newest Tobey baby is not yet revealed, and further details about Jennifer Meyer giving birth have not been released.

Baby boy joins big sister Ruby Sweetheart, 2 ½ daughter of the couple. Tobey and Jennifer, who married in 2007, announced the pregnancy in November 2008.
