California - TMZ report says that Miss California 2009, and "good citizen" advocate Carrie Prejean, and her lawyer is now seeking for a "fair" practice of journalism and mass media. Prejean's lawyer wants thedirty.com to remove the not so "good citizen" photos of Carrie Prejean showing-off her sexy back.

In the letter of her lawyer, it pointed out that "One of the displayed images of Ms. Prejean was illegally taken under false pretenses when she was a 17-year-old minor and unable to consent to its creation." The letter goes on: "The other image depicts Ms. Prejean's likeness but is not an actual photograph. It is an electronic manipulation ["photoshopped'] of her image created without her consent." -- photoshopped???

Anyway, the said website replied (check out TMZ's post), and as far as I know, by just looking at the photos, its not photoshopped, come on guys! In fairness with Carrie Prejean, her "sexy back" photos are not treated equal, that hers were treated as obscene and unacceptable. Admit it, its fine -- its sexy, and I like it!
