California - Ben Stiller proved that his Museum flick holds countless followers after raking in a total of $53.5 Million gross for the first three days. Compared to the original Night at the Museum with a three day gross of $30.4 Million, "The Battle of the Smithsonian" installment performed $20 Million better.
Meanwhile, the same company flick Terminator: Salvation lands to second place with $14.8 Million. Even if the Christian Bale flick received numerous nega reviews, the newest cyborg installment proved that the Arnold Schwarzenegger magic still lives on (even if he's not in the flick).
Third place goes to Chris Pine's Star Trek, a JJ Abrams flick. The galactic movie added $8.4 Million gross to it's record breaking $72.5 Million debut and Dan Brown's controversial book to flick "Angels and Demons" lands fourth with $8.1 Million.
