New York - She's the editor who exposed the "bang bang" issue of Alex Rodriguez's steroid use. Selena Roberts has written a new book entitled "A-Rod: The many lives of Alex Rodriguez" which promises to expose "more" about A-Rod scandals including Steroid use, poker addiction, divorce from his wife Cynthia and relationship with Madonna --- and oops, many more A-Rod's untold stories?
New York Daily News quoted Roberts' book with a title: A-Rod took steroids while with Yankees, and as teen.
The newspaper said that "an unnamed major-leaguer is quoted as saying Rodriguez and steroid-tainted pitcher Kevin Brown were seen together with human growth hormone — HGH — in 2004.", they added, "Brown, who was named in the Mitchell Report on steroids, denied through a lawyer that he ever shared the hormone with the highest-paid player in baseball."
New York Daily News also added that two anonymous Yankees said they believe that Alex Rodriguez was using Steroids based on the effects they saw - and a "clubhouse staffer" said management "wonder" if he was using banned substance. The book will hit bookstores on May 12, and published by HarperCollins.
