California - Lindsay Lohan was out and about shopping with friends in Brentwood, California on July 05, 2009. It must be an itchy scalp for Lindsay, she was snapped scratching her head while passing a group of photographers.

Lindsay recently celebrated her 23rd birthday with close friends, and her on again, off again girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Reports claim that Lindsay and Samantha are back in each other's arms.
