California - The ever controversial Kanye West was spotted by photographers when he enjoyed a night out with girlfriend Amber Rose at Capitol City sports bar in Hollywood, California on September 23, 2009. Kanye didn't seem to mind the photographers at all as he stood waiting for his car.
