Angelina Jolie made her son's birthday cake with help from a TV show. The 'Changeling' star used a cult cookery show's recipe to put together a baked treat for her eldest son, eight-year-old Maddox. Sandra Lee, host of the Food Network's 'Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee', said: "I was really surprised when her friend let me know she made my No Bake birthday cake. She's a Semi-Homemade mommy just like the rest of us!"
Angelina, who is in talks to star in a biopic of the Gucci fashion house, used the time-saving recipe for Maddox's birthday in August. The cake is made from a putting pre-bought sponge cakes together and adding cupcakes and cookies. Sandra added: "I'm very proud not just that she made my cake but that someone of her stature isn't delegating these tasks to other people." Angelina, 34, raises five other children - son Pax, five, daughter Zahara, four, three-year-old daughter Shiloh and 15-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne - with her partner Brad Pitt.
