Robert Pattinson's iconic hair is obviously the hottest property that this guy can offer. Even if fashion gurus are criticizing Robert's fashion statement, fans of the British hunk are still in love and in cloud nine. In his exclusive interview with USA Weekend, Robert Pattinson revealed that "old" vampire movies are his references before acting as Edward Cullen.

"Rebel Without a Cause was a big influence on the first ["Twilight" film] -- it influenced the hairdo and stuff," Robert explained, laughing. "In lots of ways, it has a very similar character arc: An everyday girl brings this relatively strange individual out of his slump." he added. The modern James Dean, that's what they call him because of his hair, Robert Pattinson also revealed that he's not sure if he's competing with his own character Edward.

Robert Pattinson explained: "If you want to compete with your own character, you have to really fight. I don't know if I could be bothered to fight,", chuckling again.
