Chelsea Clinton is engaged! The daughter of the former President of United States of America Bill Clinton and current U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has announced that she is engaged to longtime boyfriend Marc Mezvinsky. The good news was first reported by ABC News.

According to ABC News, Chelsea Clinton and her future husband Marc Mezvinsky distributed the engagement news thru e-mail. Obviously, the future Mr. and Mrs. Mezvinsky 'mass e-mailed' the good news to friends. Here's the e-mail's content: "We're sorry for the mass email but we wanted to wish everyone a belated Happy Thanksgiving! We also wanted to share that we are engaged! 

Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky's e-mail also clarified the first reports that they wed last summer. "We didn't get married this past summer despite the stories to the contrary, but we are looking toward next summer and hope you all will be there to celebrate with us. Happy Holidays! - Chelsea & Marc."
