Charlie Sheen spent New Year's Eve with ex-wife Denise Richards, Bang Showbiz is reporting. Charlie Sheen - who was arrested on Christmas Day for allegedly assaulting current spouse Brooke Mueller - welcomed the year 2010 with the actress and their two daughters, Sam, five, and four-year-old Lola.

A source of Bang Showbiz revealed: "He (Charlie Sheen) came to their house and everyone had dinner together." Although Charlie Sheen showed a strong person in front of his daughters, friends of the 44 year-old actor say he is terrified about what will happen to him following Brooke's allegations.
