She's blooming, and very happy, the Disney starlet attended the recently concluded Nickelodeon's 23rd Annual Kids' Choice Awards held at UCLA's Pauley Pavillion in Westwood, California on March 27, 2010.

Before attending the awards show, Demi Lovato tweeted: "Getting ready for the KCA's.. Such a beautiful morning! :)" Demi didn't mention that she will walk on the red carpet with her boyfriend Joe, but she did mention that it's such a 'beautiful morning', obviously she's happy going to the event with her lovey dovey Joe.
