Bret Michael's condition remains critical, but stable and is in 'positive spirits.'

The 47-year-old Poison frontman was diagnosed with a side effect related to the recent haemorrhage he had suffered.

According to a statement on his website, test results revealed that his body lacked decreased sodium levels, which might cause seizures. However, doctors remain optimistic about a full recovery.

It was only last Friday that Michaels was hospitalizd due to a severe headache. The rocker was diagnosed to be suffering from subarachnoid haemorrhage, or bleeding from the brain's surface.

Previously, the star also had an appendix removed during an emergency operation, plus diabetes to match.

Big bossman Donald Trump had described Michaels while on 'Celebrity Apprentice' as a 'likable guy, down to earth and a solid person.'

And a fighter, one hell of a fighter.
