Danny Glover, popularly known as Mel Gibson's sidekick in the Lethal Weapon series, got himself handcuffed, but he wasn't playing a cop at this point.

Glover's latest protest against unfair labor practices in US headquaters of French company Sodexo, went too far resulting in arrest on Friday. The protest centered on the food firm's poor working conditions, among other things.

The rally of 300 were ranting 'No justice, no pizza!' The 63 year old actor offered support, hurling a mouthful before he was cuffed and taken away. 'We're here today to say no more to deplorable pay and working conditions,' was his battlecry.

This wasn't Glover's first activist stint. Previously, he had asked Oscar presenters like Quentin Tarantino not to don tuxes by Hugo Boss during the 82nd Academy Awards. This was in protest of the clothing company's schemes to lay off hundreds of workers and close plants.

A guy with balls. And he ain't carrying no lethal weapon.
