Defense lawyers of Dr Conrad Murray, who is allegedly held responsible of manslaughter over Michael jackson's death, contradict such charges and further plead that the late star himself administered the lethal dose of Propofol.
TMZ reports that Murray has admitted giving a 25mg dosage to Jackson, only enough to keep a patient asleep for 10 minutes. His lawyers strongly state that it was the time when Murray left the room briefly that Michael Jackson awoke and used up the remaining bottle of Propofol by injecting himslef. His heart stopped as a result of the overdose.
Reports of Associated Press continues that Dr. Murray's desperate attempts to revive the star proved unsuccessful, this all being witnessed by Jackson's children Prince and Paris, who were in tears.
Alberto Alvarez, Jackson's logistics director, spoke to investigators, stating that he saw Murray hiding bottles of Propofol in a closet near the room where the 'Thriller' star met his death.
Yet Murray's defense argues why their client left a bottle lying around on the floor nearby Jackson's bed if he was guilty of the crime, as evident in the photos taken by the LA County Coroner's office. Photo by: Fame Pictures
