Hours before the 'much anticipated' birthday of 'Twilight' star Kristen Stewart, fans are now asking if what are the plans of the 19, turning 20 year-old young superstar for her first day outside teen hood. But the biggest question is, can Robert Pattinson skip his girlfriend's birthday for the sake of filming his new movie 'Bel Ami'?

Well, this is the reality: Robert Pattinson might (or will surely) skip K-Stew's birthday! Rob was spotted yesterday in Budapest, with his costume on, seriously working on his new role as Georges Duroy in Budapest, and no signs of traveling to USA for a vacation (There's still hope, LOL).
