Robert Pattinson will not play the role of Kurt Cobain in a biopic film. Blogosphere is abuzz today with UK's tabloid The Sun claims that Rob, 23 is set to portray the role of the tragic Nirvana band front man in a biopic film. The late Kurt Cobain's widow Courtney Love will 'receive a big money' from this movie deal, the report adds.

But Courtney Love's manager clarified the rumour, and told Spin.com that Rob is still not confirmed to play the role of the Nirvana icon. He said: "They manage to fit pretty much everyone in Hollywood into an article without one fact check and include a 'My First Photoshop' job as a 'mock up' to boot!"

However, Courtney's manager do confirmed that there's an existing production deal with Universal to create the very interesting biopic, he also added that the working title is "Heavier Than Heaven", and not "All Apologies", as The Sun reported.

But here's an interesting part of Spin's interview with Court's manager, he said, "Courtney likes Scarlett Johanssen (reportedly playing the role of Courtney) as an actress and as a person, so it wouldn't surprise me if she wanted her to play her. I'm not sure she knows who R-Patz is, but he sure is cute."
