Sandra Bullock's sending out a strong message to cheating hubby Jesse James. She's not wearing the ring!

According to Entertainment Tonight, photographs of the BLIND SIDE actress surfaced last week in California with no trace of a wedding ring on that finger, ouch!

The entertainment news site further adds that the photo was the first ever since hubby Jesse James womanizing controversies broke loose, and will also be featured on Tuesday night's broadcast.

Bullock, 45, had already vacated the Los Angeles home she shared with James, 40, and children, right after the scandal with popular tattooed bombshell Mcgee was exposed on March 15. The motorcycle mechanic and Monster Garage host is currently in rehab battling sex demons.

As for Jamesy, he probably hasn't worn the ring ever since he's been exchanging tattoos with those damsels. Peace, buddy!
