Talk about prophetic messages. Bret Michaels has recorded that kind of a song prior to his near death health scare, and now it's released.

The Poison frontman, has just released a new song on iTunes entitled, 'Wasted Time', a ballad which was recorded even before his unforgettable life-threatening bout with a severe condition that had him confined last month.

Even the fans find the lyrics sort of eerie because it painted a picture of things to come. As part of the song goes:

'Lately I just ain't been myself,

Lately I've been feeling something else

There's a time to hurt, a time to heal.'

And now that the rocker has recently been discharged after being hospitalized for a massive subarachnoid brain hemorrhage, Michaels now has a fresh outlook towards life.

He's given family top priority, and considers tying the knot with long time girlfriend and mother of his two daughters, Kristi Gibson.

'I'm a believer, it's a combination of will and faith. Will and good medical attention - and faith,' the 47-year old rocker confesses.
