The Poison front man, and recent newsmaker Bret Michaels wins the 'Celebrity Apprentice'! 

The ailing rockstar was spotted after his big win, sharing a sweet smile in New York City on May 23, 2010. 

Michaels bested actress Holly Robinson Peete and won $250,000 for his chosen charity, the American Diabetes Association.

Michaels' charity congratulated him thru Twitter, the association posted: "Congrats to @BretMichaels for winning $390K to #StopDiabetes on Celebrity Apprentice. We are proud of you!"
