It's official, according to Popeater, Chaz Bono's name and gender change was granted by court. Lucky guy, that's good news!

According to the report, Cher's former daughter named Chastity Bono, is now legally a man, after he filed for request to change his name to Chaz, and to switch his gender identification to male.

Chaz has undergone a gender-reassignment before filing for the name and gender change. Mr. Bono was represented by Attorney Kristina Wentz, and she told Popeater that her client "couldn't be happier."

Here's my final say: Whether we like it or not, Chaz Bono is now a man. It was his dream, and what is important is, Chaz is a good citizen of United States of America who abides the law, period!
