Charlie Sheen's given the previlege to choose 4 different options in resolving his domestic violence case, and one of them involves time in the slammer.

According to TMZ, Charlie Sheen's lawyers and prosecutors has struck up an agreement that the actor's domestic violence case will be resolved via four different options, one including serious jail time. Now it'd all up to the 'Four and a Half Men' star to take his pick.

Now the following are the so-called choices presented to the actor, as multiple sources connected to the case reveals:

OPTION 1 - Charlie will plead guilty to a misdemeanor and serve 30 days in Aspen jail. The actor could enter the plea as early as June 7 in Aspen and he would immediately begin serving his time. With good behavior, the 30 days would be cut down to 17. After serving his sentence, the case would be over, and the actor would not be placed on probation.

OPTION 2 - Charlie would plead guilty to a misdemeanor and receive no jail time, but would be placed on 2 years probation. Talk has it that the actor might slip up, resulting in the judge throwing the book at him which could mean a much longer jail time than 30 days.

OPTION 3 - Charlie would receive a 'deferred prosecution' which means that the case would not progress but that the actor would agree to various conditions such as, not breaking the law. And after a certain period of time, provided that Charlie is in compliance with the conditions, the legal matter would be erased from his record.

OPTION 4 - Simply proceed to trial and battle it out. Reports say that Charlie is upset at the Tito Ortiz case, where the UFC sensation did not even get prosecuted for allegedly doing a lot worse than than what the actor has commited.

It's all up to you Charlie. So better tick the correct answer.
