All mothers and daughters have their share of misunderstandings every once in a while, but this is ridiculous.

Positively, Heidi Montag, The Hills TV starlet and plastic surgery 'guinea pig' has summoned the cops on her mom, Darlene Egelhoff Montag after arriving at the former's LA home on Thursday.

Montag, 23, discloses to People.com that Egelhoff showed up unannounced at her house knowing that she had no interest in talking or seeing her mom.

"She tore my heart out on national television. She is just trying to create drama in my life," the TV starlet adds.

This mother and daughter dispute was even revealed on cameras. In an early episode this season of the Hills, Montag had just returned home fresh from her mind boggling ten, plastic surgeries performed all in one day. 


The reality starlet's chances of showing off was thwarted by her mother's instant reaction that drove Montag to tears. Hubby Spencer Pratt backed up his wife, declaring on a Tuesday episode that 'Egelhoff decided to rape my wife emotionally.'

According to the Los Angeles police, Egelhoff arrived at her daughter's house on Thursday although there were no citations or arrests, and was just sent away.

Los Angeles Police Department Sgt. Leffew tells PEOPLE that Montag's mother was advised that her daughter was an adult and doesn't have to speak if she doesn't want to. The mother said, "fine, no problem" and left.

Montag doesn't want anything to do with her mother at this point right now, in a statment to PEOPLE. "I'm sick to my stomach she would even do something like this. She needs to stay away from me. I'm planning on getting a restraining order against her," she say.

Stalker mom? Montag, you need to have your head examined. She's still your mom. Sorry but I can't stand this 'nonsense'.
