Confessions of a serial womanizer? Jesse James really wanted to get caught cheating. Is that meant to be heroic or kinky?

Well, according to ace cheater Jamesy on his revelation in ABC's Nightline interview to be aired on Tuesday, the former 'Monster Garage' host was just counting down the moments until estranged wife Sandra Bullock would catch him red handed.

Says Jesse James, "When I was doing it, you know, one, I knew it was horrible, (but felt good?) it made me feel horrible." The motorcycle mechanic added that he knew he would eventually get caught and would want it to happen soon.

"It was me trying to self-sabotage my life," he says. (Aww.. you're a true saint, Jamesy)

And when confronted with the question as to why he'd hurt someone who was, and still is the most important person with his life, Bullock's wonder hubby choked, and struggled to form those syllables.

"It's hard for me to talk about, a little bit, because I still really love her and care about her," he says.

The 41-year old West Coast Choppers owner also feels every bit the gravity of the hurt he's caused the 'Blind Side' actress.

"I've spent my whole life with the kids and with her trying to...protect her from everything, but the most hurt she's ever been caused is by the person that wanted to protect her," James continues.

Widespread reports on Jamesy's extra-marital activities had surfaced right after 45-year-old Bullock had bagged herself an Oscar for her leading role in 'The Blind Side' in March (Yup, she was definitely on her blind side).

So better stick around to get the full details when Jamsey spills the beans on Tuesday. The whole works.

Frankly Jamesy, I know how it feels to still have someone that important in your life. Except that I never cheated, buddy.
