Kim Kardashian spiced things up at the nation's capital, gets starstruck by Beiber and the White House's big 'O.'

Yesiree. The sexy brunette star graced the momentous event at Saturday night's White House Correspondents' Dinn er and Capital Hill, rubbing shoulders and increasing temperatures.

One such highlight is when Kardashian, 29, bumped into Justiin Beiber, 16, for the first time ever.

According to US Weekly, The teen sensation has revealed to press that Kim was indeed the celebrity he wanted to meet the most.

Kardashian failed to hide her excitement, tweeting: "I officially have Beiber fever!" Beiber, on the other hand posted a Twitpic of them at the event, with a certain shout-out saying: "Look, it's my girlfriend." So who's green with envy now?

Kardashian's get up at the event as described by US Weekly was a Vintage Valentino dress as worn by her mother Kris Jenner. The brunette wore her hair in a bun and sported a red lipstick.

She was simply overwhelmed at the occassion, and lead to tweeting about her whereabouts to whoever cared around the world.

"Love the Mayflower Renaissance Hotel."

Yet this failed in comparison when it came to the White House's big 'O', President Obama and his sense of humor, to which the hot brunette tweeted almost hysterically about his presidency's outrageous speech, and how stunning first lady Michelle was.
