While Lindsay Lohan is trying to find ways (not?) to get back to L.A., Judge Revel's preparing her arsenal for the starlet's return. (battlecry: you're toast, sweetie)

Beverly Hills judge Marsha N. Revel has decided to take a day out of her vacation to take up Lindsay's case on Monday, which was moved from Thursday due to the starlet's no passport, no show routine.

Lohan's attorneys had explained previously that the 'Mean Girls' star had her passport stolen, preventing her from making the scheduled court appearance. Revel, however, knew better.

"She has a history of not keeping scheduled appointments.. I couldn't have been more clear about the priority of this case and getting things done," says the judge.

Originally, another judge was supposed to assume Lohan's case because judge Revel was scheduled for a vacation.

Yet, court spokesman Allan Parachini has stated that Revel would be taking time out of her vacation to enable her to conduct Monday's hearing.

And according to the judge, once the troubled actress surrenders, she will be forbidden from consuming alcohol, be required to wear an alcohol-detection device and submit to drug testing at least once a week.

Revel also made it clear as crystal that she would consider revoking Lohan's probation for failure in compliance with all the court orders concerning the alcohol treatment program.

Updates: According to latest reports, Lindsay Lohan arrived back in Los Angeles, California, two days after she missed a mandatory court appearance. According to Lohan's camp, a stolen passport left her stranded at Cannes.
