Yawn, this tale begins to bore me silly. I'll bet my FHM collection if they could come up with something about Lindsay Lohan that would actually raise some of our readers' eyebrows!

Because here you have it, as expected, the troubled starlet unleashes again one of her overused 'Houdini' routines. This time, she makes a non-appearance at her scheduled alcohol education classes on Sunday. (Judge Revel's keeping count, cupcake)

A source close to the actress says, "Lindsay wanted to go to class today. She had every intention of going, but the staff at the program were unable to accomodate her." The head of the program had a prior commitment to attend the graduation, and that's who Lindsay sees. (Sigh... whatever makes you sleep at night, Lindsay)

Meanwhile, Lohan's attorney Shawn Holley pointed out last week that his client has substantially complied with terms of her probation, that is, having completed 10 out of 13 classes in which the 'Freaky Friday' star is on track to finish on time in July. Not to mention her good progress report she received from the program. (goody-two-shoes Lohan?)

But, despite the so-called credentials, Judge Revel wouldn't blink an eyelash. It would take more than that to get on the judge's good side, after Lohan's consistent misdemeanours. (Like maybe giving the judge a free trip to Cannes?)

"Lindsay's infinite ways out of any mess." Now that would make a great book.
