Nick Jonas still loves peace... and the hand sign. Joe and Kevin Jonas' youngest brother was spotted in Toluca Lake area on May 14, 2010. Nick, who recently grabbed the Artist of the year award of the recently concluded Young Hollywood Awards 2010, revealed some of his 'woman criteria'.
