Spencer Pratt is losing it, at least that's what his former best buddy thinks.

"I actually think he's kind of lost it a little bit," comments former best friend Brody Jenner on the Morning radio show Kidd Kraddick on Wednesday.

According to the new issue of Us Weekly, Pratt, 26, has major rage issues. One such example is revealed on the May 11 episode of The Hills, wherein Pratt would violently erupt following a confrontation with Heidi's sister Holly after hurling an offensive adjective towards their mother, as being 'just a vagina.'

Jenner finds it hard hearing about his ex best pal's state of mayhem.

"Lately, it's hard for me, even for someone who used to be best friends with him, to see what's real and what's not as far as he goes... I see he wants attention," he says.

Pratt and Montag are currently troubled as well with their finances, and are definitely in 'panic mode,' as reported by Us Weekly.

The couple fear that their source of income is slowly heading down the drain due to the fact that neither has done tapings since Mid April. Previously, Spencer was handed down his suspension after he threatened to kill a producer while Heidi's role was reduced after objections in a particular story line.

And as Us Weekly show creator Adam Divello puts it, it's unlikely that the couple will return for the series finale.

Coupled with Heidi's insecurities, Pratt's volatile outbursts, and the pair's monstrous craving for fame, close friends have surely took flight.
