Charlie Sheen Plea Agreement: No Deal?!

Charlie Sheen wasn't exactly thrilled to learn about the no-smoking conditions associated with his community service with Theater Aspen.

A source familiar with negotiations explained that Sheen's plea agreement almost blew up in smoke after the 'Two and a Half Men' actor discovered that the terms of the deal would prohibit him from smoking while performing public service at Theater Aspen.

But rules are rules. And one of Pitkin County Jail's major violations include possession of smoking products, cigarette lighters and matches, while an inmate is performing community service.

Sheen, who's populary known as a chain smoker, found this hard to swallow, his legal advisers sharing the same sentiments. They had met up with Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin before the 4 p.m. court hearing, also before Judge James Boyd.

So when the lawyers arrived late at the courtroom at 5:30 p.m., Mordkin suggested to the judge that more time was needed to finalize negotiations.

Mordkin and Sheen's attorney Richard Cummins however, did not state their reasons to the judge as to why an agreement couldn't be met. Mordkin says after the hearing that the deal "hit a snag."

Due to these developments, Judge Boyd rescheduled the next hearing on July 12 at 4 p.m. He also made it clear that he expects the plea bargain's status to be made final at the said date.

Sheen was slapped charges of assault and misdemeanor when he threatened his wife with a knife last Christmas.

Now you have a month to smoke it out!

Some critics say the video is "sick" and "disturbing", oh maybe because of the handcuffs and skins shown by the Baby GaGa (Real name, Keira Ladrow, 3 years-old).

CBS News is reporting: "On "The Early Show" Tuesday, Keira's mother, Heidi Ladrow, and Jake Wilson, the producer/director of the video, defended it. Heidi said she made the video because it suited her daughter's personality."
