Actor and director Mel Gibson, 54, has filed for a restraining order against the mom of his youngest. The Oscar-winning actor broke up with Grigorieva, 4o, on April of this year after 1 year of relationship.

The main issue regarding Gibson's TRO involves his access to his 7 month-old baby daughter. At the time of the split a friend of the couple told People they intended to raise their daughter, Lucia, together, but the relationship has become strained since then. 

This former really needs prayers, for the sake of the baby... 

Chad Jones in critical condition!

CHAD JONES 

Ex-LSU Football star Chad Jones in critical condition today after his SUV crashed in a street car pole in New Orleans, reports WWLTV.

Jones suffered a "fractured left leg and had arteries and nerves exposed," and was listed in critical condition, and was in surgery at around 10 AM local time.
